Where Do I Start?

“It all seems so confusing, WHERE DO I START?”

For me it can be overwhelming to explain and lead someone because I get so excited and would love everyone to make all the changes and magically transform their pantry, fridge and kitchen into a health promoting “pharmacy”.
However, I have had to take a few steps back to pull it all together so I can make the first transitions easy to understand without seeing so overwhelming and daunting.

I am so blessed to have amazing resources and partners for Moms in Charge who can give even more expert advice,  insight, recipes and understanding of why we would transition and make healthier substitutions.
